Rental Rates
All rental fee's are to be paid, in full 2 days of departure. Payment made less than 7 days before departure must be paid in Cash or with a credit card. All payments and deposits are processed at time of payment.
DEPOSIT
A $200.00 or 20% (which ever is greater) deposit for all Travel Trailers is due at the time of booking. This deposit is used to hold your reservation and will go towards your reservation at the time of checkout. 2 days prior of checkout a $250.00 authorization will be placed on a credit card for Backwoods RV Rentals use as a security deposit. The approval puts a hold on the funds for Backwoods RV Rentals. The hold is released if and when the trailer is returned clean and undamaged. Cleaning specifications include: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, toilet, bathroom sink, shower, carpet, floors and waste tanks empty. A additional $250.00 will be charged if any damage accrues during the rental period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. An email or text will be sufficient.

INSURANCE POLICY
All towing vehicles are required to have liability insurance. A valid insurance card must be presented for the towing vehicle at time of departure of the travel trailer. Proof of collision and comprehensive insurance must be received 48 hours prior to departure. Many insurance companies extend coverage to rental units. It is the responsibility of the renter to know what their individual insurance covers.
Backwoods RV Rentals will provide collision & comprehensive coverage with a $500.00 deductible.
TRAILER HITCH AND WIRING
The towing vehicle must be equipped with a secure bolted or welded hitch. All travel trailers require a 2 5/16” ball.

CHECK OUT TIME AND RETURNS
Appointments will be made during business hours. Charges are calculated on every 24 hour period. Plan to be here 45 minutes for the orientation of the RV unit. Late returns will be charged an additional $25.00 per hour. After hours pickup times can be arranged for a minimal charge.
RENTER REQUIREMENTS
Persons renting any Backwoods RV Rental unit must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years of age.
EARLY RETURNS
Early returns will not be refunded any portion of the rental fee. If dates need to be changed before pick up, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your change.
NON-SMOKING
All of our rental units are non-smoking.
PETS
Pets can be permitted in certain Backwoods RV Rentals units.
TV's in unit
We do not guarantee a TV and if the unit does have a TV we do not guarantee that it will work
Terms and rates subject to change without notice, any additional terms will be disclosed at the time the rental agreement is signed.
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
Location Restrictions
We need to know where our units are going to be located at all times. We do understand that plans change so just place a call to let us know. GPS trackers are installed in all units and are not to be tampered with.
